IME Hub Updates

The new Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Hub is now live

September 13, 2022

The International Psoriasis Council (IPC) and Scientific Education Support (SES) are excited to announce a strategic collaboration for healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the fields of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The aim of this collaboration is to achieve improved awareness, knowledge, and understanding of psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and other related diseases.

Today, SES has launched the new Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Hub, with IPC as the founding professional partner. This hub is an open-access online resource, dedicated to providing balanced, credible, and up-to-date medical education in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The aim of the hub is to enhance knowledge on psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis through the multichannel dissemination of global advances related to classification, diagnosis, treatment, and management.

The Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Hub will share new data, evidence-based articles, therapy approvals, expert opinions, and international congress coverage to treatment teams and researchers around the world.

Activity such as this would not be possible without our supporter; therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome UCB and thank them for their support. All hub content is developed independently by SES in collaboration with an expert steering committee; funders are allowed no direct influence on the content of the hub.

Speaking at the launch, Mia Hill, IME Director at SES, said:

“We are delighted to announce that the Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Hub is now live. Our vision for the hub is that every treatment team and researcher will have instant access to expert opinions and the latest evidence-based information on psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis to aid in treatment decisions and improve the lives of patients globally.

“IPC and SES believe that the Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Hub will become the solution for time-stretched HCPs to easily access up-to-date medical information to expedite learning and empower their treatment decisions. All hub content is guided by a steering committee of world-renowned experts, informed by patients, and endorsed by expert societies, in order to support HCPs worldwide.”
