
SES 2025: Upcoming live and virtual symposiums

SES is proud to be hosting one clinical trial webinar, two virtual symposiums, and one live symposium between February and May 2025. These will be facilitated by the PsOPsA Hub, MPN Hub, AML Hub and Know AML, and Lymphoma Hub.
PsOPsA Hub clinical trial club | Improving outcomes for people of color with chronic plaque psoriasis including scalp involvement
The PsOPsA Hub proudly presented their clinical trial club: Improving outcomes for people of color with chronic plaque psoriasis including scalp involvement, on February 6, 2025.
This was an informative, free, accredited clinical trial club chaired by Paolo Gisondi, and featured expert speakers Andrew Alexis and Mona Shahriari.
The following learning objectives were addressed:
- Recall key data from clinical trials for approved and pipeline treatments for psoriasis
- Explain the considerations for optimal individualized treatment selection
- Describe best practice recommendations for the management of psoriasis in different populations, including people of color
MPN Hub live symposium | Anemia in myelofibrosis: Sequencing therapies to optimize patient outcome
The MPN Hub will be hosting a live symposium during the ESH 4th How to Diagnose and Treat: CML/MPN conference on the March 9, 2025, in Vienna, Austria. The event, Anemia in myelofibrosis: Sequencing therapies to optimize patient outcomes, will be chaired by Jean-Jacques Kiladjian and will feature expert speakers Francesco Passamonti and Paola Guglielmelli.
The following learning objectives will be addressed:
- Recall the latest data for approved and pipeline treatments in MPN
- Describe best practice recommendations for treatment selection in MPN
- Describe the safety profiles of MPN treatments, and state how drug-limiting events, such as thrombocytopenia and anemia, could be managed in clinical practice
AML Hub and Know AML virtual patient and HCP symposium | Challenges in increasing the awareness of biomarkers
The AML Hub and Know AML will host a symposium titled: Challenges in increasing the awareness of biomarkers, around AML Awareness Day on April 21, 2025. The session will be chaired by a healthcare professional and will feature additional insights from an expert healthcare professional and patient.
Lymphoma Hub virtual symposium | Customizing therapy for relapsed/refractory MCL
The Lymphoma Hub will host a symposium titled: Customizing therapy for relapsed/refractory MCL, around mid-May 2025 and will include 3–4 expert speakers.
