SES research reveals key solutions for measuring medical education impact

SES has contributed valuable insights to new research addressing critical challenges in medical continuing education (CE) assessment. The study, published in the Journal of CME, reveals that while diverse, multi-level audiences are highly desirable in CE programs, they create significant evaluation challenges when measuring real-world impact on learners’ knowledge and competence.

The publication highlights innovative solutions, including integrating enhanced discussion opportunities in CE and ensuring sustainable competence development through long-term faculty engagement and enduring e-learning material – enabling personalized learning approaches that address individual practitioner needs while maintaining educational diversity.

SES continues to lead by example, actively integrating these evidence-based approaches into our medical education programs to ensure our CE initiatives embrace learner diversity while delivering measurable outcomes.
