On February 17, 2025, it was GvHD Day

On February 17, 2025, it was GvHD Day – a day to amplify the voices of those affected by graft-versus-host disease.

On GvHD Day, we launched Know GvHD, a global education and awareness initiative that provides patients and caregivers with the information, resources, and support they need to live with graft-versus-host disease (GvHD). 

For GvHD Day and beyond, Know GvHD developed several resources for patients and caregivers to use and share. These resources were disseminated via the Know GvHD social channels: X, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Between February 17 and March 5, Know GvHD reached 84,913 users on Facebook, achieved 6,028 impressions on X, 40,975 impressions on LinkedIn, and reached 70,553 accounts on Instagram.

Know GvHD is proud to be steered by a global ambassador group and connected with international societies who helped disseminate the resources on GvHD Day and extend our reach. With support from our ambassadors and society partners, the website reached an impressive 57 countries, 725 users, and received 2,541 page views.
