Maximizing reach: The power of SES’s omnichannel educational strategies
February 3, 2025
At SES, our objective is to transform healthcare through education. We craft unparalleled educational experiences for HCPs and patients worldwide. When sharing education, it is crucial that it reaches the right audience in the most impactful way possible. As such, we have developed an omnichannel strategy to ensure our education reaches HCPs and patients through their preferred platforms, making it easier for them to stay engaged and informed.
Feeding into our expertise of adult learning theory, our omnichannel approach enables us to craft and share education that appeals to a range of learning styles. Notably, we utilize social media to share key updates, animations, infographics, and short captioned videos to provide bite-sized education that is easily integrated into learners’ daily routines. Our video interviews are available on our YouTube channels, allowing audio-visual, flexible and self-paced opportunities for learners to connect with experts and benefit from their insights. Furthermore, our podcasts provide portable, convenient education that can be downloaded via popular platforms. Housing all of our education, our hubs remain our focal connection with HCPs, providing easy access to curated scientific, medical, and clinical information. For example, our publication summaries allow users to stay up to date with the latest medical news, while our in-depth articles provide learners with greater detail and context on the evolving therapeutic landscape.
Across our hubs, this omnichannel approach has allowed the number of educational sessions we provide to grow and our engagement to amplify. In 2024 alone, we provided 9.1 million educational sessions, reaching 324,865 unique hub users, with over nearly 8 million view and impressions on social media ( Figure 1 ).
By leveraging a combination of digital platforms, we are creating personalized learning experiences for HCPs, while scaling our education to accommodate a growing number of learners without compromising quality.
