Celebrating 10 years of the AML Hub

Celebrating 10 years of the AML Hub

This year marks a decade of the AML Hub — a trusted, open-access educational community that has continuously evolved to provide balanced, credible, and up-to-date medical information. Since its inception, the AML Hub has been committed to enhancing knowledge in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and, more recently, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).

As the only live, multi-channel platform focused on AML, the AML Hub curates cutting-edge scientific and clinical insights 365 days a year. In 2024, the platform and its omnichannel offerings delivered 1.17 million educational sessions to healthcare professionals worldwide.

Co-chaired by Professors Gail Roboz and Charlie Craddock, the AML Hub’s mission is to disseminate global advances in the classification, diagnosis, treatment, and management of AML and MDS through multiple channels. It shares cutting-edge data, evidence-based articles, therapy approvals, expert opinions, and international congress coverage with treatment teams and researchers worldwide. The hub specializes in delivering quick, on-the-go learning experiences enhanced by instant translations.

“Serving as an invaluable resource to the global AML community, the AML Hub works to create a carefully curated resource of the latest advances in the diagnosis and management of AML, which is increasingly valued by clinicians, scientists, and patients alike. Notably, its effective utilization of social media allows busy healthcare professionals to access breaking data and educational presentations from international meetings.”

Professor Charles Craddock, AML Hub Steering Committee Co-Chair

Key features of the AML Hub:

Building on the success of the AML Hub, the patient education and awareness initiative, Know AML, was launched in 2018.
